"Fashion For Life" started today, and as soon as the Bourke White sim opened I BOLTED to the Willow booth. Weezy Warwillow is one of my favorite content creators, and I always look forward to new and exclusive pieces from her. I grabbed this SUPERBLY constructed wrap dress and her EXQUISITE beaded cardigan (which I'll be showing you in a near-future post.) I love how highly detailed and REAL her garments look. If the RL fashion brands 'Laura Ashley' and 'The Gap' merged and brought a brand to SL, they would offer the design aesthetic of Willow. Weezy is another of those KEY designers that isn't trying to get rich selling her work; it's clear that she LOVES what she does, and it's more and more obvious with every piece she constructs. The hair I'm wearing is from [kik], and in the hour or so I wore it around FFL I was asked about it 3 separate times. It's quite lovely, just what I needed to showcase my new KILLER headpiece from NHA!, a newer shop boasting SUERIOR accessories and jewelry. And in closing, let me take the opportunity to thank riri bazar and lisbeth gummibaum @ 'HATE ME AND EAT ME' for offering and sending me TONS of makeup and poses. When I get my hands on a STUNNING skin, it's hard for me to cover it up. So when Kaysha (mastermind behind OSAKKI) honored me with a preview of her soon-to-be released skin I had to show it off. The "Oksanya" Skin is gorgeous; it's tone and texture are perfect and the lips are to die for. I'm wearing the tone from the middle called "Auburn" but she'll be offering a full range to suit everyone. I feel both innocent and sexy wearing it, sort of like an ANGELIC VIXEN or something. Wanted to keep the look simple, and the bodysuit I chose is delicate, lacey and edgy; it features a panel of fabric at the midsection that separates it from other bodysuits you'll find around the grid. RunoRuno always takes classic garments and pushes them to the realm of HIGH-FASHION effortlessly. Not wearing a whole lot in the post, because skin like this deserves the spotlight...

In matters of personal style, everyone is different. As for me-the way I know I love a piece, is if I find myself not wanting to take it off. And that's what has occurred with this structurely PERFECT dress by Maylee Oh of "The Secret Store." I don't want to take it off my body. The drape of the fabric, the slight movement and flow of it when I walk; this is sculpt work done RIGHT. Equipped with resizer scripts in every prim, it was easy to fit and definitely a pleasure to find. Of course you know I styled it up, but it's a strong enough piece to make a statement on its own...

 Maylee's store did something that alot of brands don't do for me: it made me SMILE. It isn't packed full of items, which to me indicates a designer who puts a little bit of her heart and soul into her work. I'm not knocking labels that mass produce pieces, but to me-quality always defeats quantity. Maylee's work is whimsical and FUN. Bright colors, bows, and vivid prints are included in everything that she produces. I'm showing you her "Scottish Dahlia" dress today, but you can count on seeing more in the future. Oh and by the way, she's just opened a satellite store in the EUPHORIA shopping complex; visit "The Secret Store" @ EUPHORIA HERE...
